CAREER PATH
- Hourly Customer Service Representative
- Crew Leader – Responsible for several hours of non-peak periods of the day
- Assistant Manager – Responsible for shifts that have light to heavy sales
- Manager – Responsible for light to peak periods of the day
- General Manager – Responsible for the success of one restaurant
- District Manager – Responsible for the success of 2 to 10 restaurants
- Director of Operations – Responsible for the success of 10 to 50 restaurants

401K PLAN
A long-term savings plan for your retirement. Company will match 100% of employee’s contribution up to 3% of your total income, and a 50% match on the next 2% of employee’s total income (reviewed annually). You must have one year of service and be at least 21 years of age to participate in the program.
BONUS PLAN
Management team members at each location participate in a quarterly bonus plan that is performance-based. The plan allows each member of the team to share in the success of their store.
