  • Hourly Customer Service Representative
  • Crew Leader – Responsible for several hours of non-peak periods of the day
  • Assistant Manager – Responsible for shifts that have light to heavy sales
  • Manager – Responsible for light to peak periods of the day
  • General Manager – Responsible for the success of one restaurant
  • District Manager – Responsible for the success of 2 to 10 restaurants
  • Director of Operations – Responsible for the success of 10 to 50 restaurants
Texas Burger offers a compensation and benefits package that encourages management stability and growth.

1 week (After 1 year of consecutive employment)

2 weeks (After 2 years of consecutive employment)

3 weeks (After 10 years of consecutive employment)

All employees are eligible for insurance coverage after the first 30 days of employment.

A long-term savings plan for your retirement. Company will match 100% of employee’s contribution up to 3% of your total income, and a 50% match on the next 2% of employee’s total income (reviewed annually). You must have one year of service and be at least 21 years of age to participate in the program.
